I have installed new oracle 10g software with database and when  I am trying to open its giving error.
My Oracle_home=C:\oracle\product\10.2.0\db_1
My software is present in C:\Khan\database

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>set ORACLE_HOME= c:\oracle\product\10.2.

C:\Documents and Settings\Administrator>echo %ORACLE_HOME%
