Suppress / hide sqlplus prompts / parameters in the output file

I know all kind of "Set" System Variables, but none could supress / hide the sql prompt / parameter in my output, the output files always opens up with "Enter Value for xxxxx" which referes to the prompt I supplied the sql code with when I initially ran it.

Your thoughts please.
