Java Lang Null Pointer Exception with unexpected Oracle form freeze

We are running java 1.5 on hosted network servers that deliver the user screens from another hosts servers running 11.5.10 Oracle Applications on a 9i database. Other applications are running on java 1.6 on the same hosted network servers. We are running into problems we've never seen before with HRMS enter and maintain template forms freezing or dropping with java lang null pointer exception errors displaying when this occurs.

  1. Creating Null fields in report
    I am trying to create a detail daily report in oracle but it is causing me some problems. I only want to capture data up to the day the report runs however my script is now showing me 31 days and is populating the future with the last value. How can I set the report to display null for the future days.
