Question
Listener status is 'UNKNOWN'
hi,
I am having a database 'testdb' in Oracle 9i / Windows 2000 adv server platform.
Sometimes, listener status becomes "UNKNOWN" and I am not able to get the connection. When I am stating the listener again, it will gives the following errors.
1. ORA-12560 TNS protocol adapter error
2. ORA-12154 TNS could not resolve service name
What may be problem and let me know the procedures to solve it.
