Question

bitmap storage clause

Rating8.6Very Good

What is the calculation to estimate the storage parameters (initial and next) to a bitmap index? Suppose I have a table with a column called col1 that has 10 distinct values.
If this table contains 10000 records and the database block size is 16K then how will be the initial and next parameters?
